Emergency Telephone System Board StaffJeff Phillips - DirectorMr. Phillips joined the Tazewell County Emergency Telephone System Board in December of 2000, initially as the Assistant Director. He was promoted to Director in December of 2003. Prior to joining the Emergency Telephone System Board, Mr. Phillips was employeed for over 9 years with the Morton, Illinois Police Department. He joined the Morton Police Department in 1991 and was promoted to Sergeant in 1999. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. Rich Mendenhall - Assistant Director Mr. Mendenhall joined the Tazewell County Emergency Telephone System Board in December of 2003. Prior to joining the Emergency Telephone System Board, Mr. Mendenhall was employeed as a computer specialist/consultant with several educational institutions. He holds an Associate's Degree in Electronic Technologies from Spoon River College and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
